Is this ride right for me?
Riders must be at least 16 and comfortable balancing and braking on a bicycle. Helmets are required. Routes may change with weather and trail conditions. We do not ride during unsafe heat or storms.
Can I cancel or change my ride?
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 48 hours, contact our team. If we cancel for unsafe conditions, choose a new date or a full refund. Demo policy; business review required.
How does the electric assist work?
You pedal, the motor helps. Select the level of assistance that feels comfortable. Your guide will help you get familiar with the bike before we leave.
